We understand that a building project can feel overwhelming. To ensure a smooth experience, we've refined our process to be as non-invasive as possible.
Many of our projects require significant excavation, which often creates a larger volume of waste than you might expect. This is because excavated soil expands once it's removed from the ground.
Site
To manage this efficiently, we arrange for large muck away lorries or skips to remove the waste. For your peace of mind, we will always protect your driveway and lawn with large boards before any vehicles arrive. We will also notify you well in advance of their scheduled arrival, allowing you to prepare the area and move any vehicles as needed.
Our goal is to minimise disruption to your daily routine while we bring your project to life.
Post Build
Prior to completion, Chris will conduct a final walkthrough with you. This dedicated meeting ensures every detail meets your expectations and allows us to address any final adjustments before the project is officially signed off.
We take immense pride in the quality of our finished projects. Once your new garden has had a chance to settle and you've had time to make it your own, we would be delighted to return, with your permission, to capture professional photographs. This visit is typically scheduled one to two months after completion, allowing us to showcase the space in its full glory.
