The first step towards realising your vision is a private, on-site consultation with our founder, Chris. This complimentary meeting is a wonderful opportunity for you to share your aspirations and for us to explore the unique potential of your landscape, with no obligation.

Looking out over the garden, we laid a new lawn using ‘Rye Gold Turf’. This beautiful, luscious turf immediately lifts the garden. To create a softer, more natural feel that complements the contemporary design, we used oak sleepers to border the lawn. This choice works particularly well alongside the newly planted borders, which feature pleached birch trees to create a natural screen and provide privacy. The border planting will provide year-round structure, even housing the client’s existing two mature acer trees which have become an important, stand-out feature within the design. To further enhance the design, we used black ice chippings around the trees and incorporated uplighting to create a striking visual feature in the evenings.

The final raised area is strategically positioned to capture the morning sun, providing a private space for enjoying a quiet start to the day. The porcelain paving extends across this entire section, bordered by a stainless steel balustrade and glass screens. We particularly appreciate how the glass provides an uninterrupted view of the rest of the garden from the raised area.

It was a pleasure to bring this vision to life and we are so proud of the finished result. The garden fulfills the brief and serves as a beautiful and relaxing extension of the home.

Garden Walk through

As you exit the house you immediately step foot onto a brand new porcelain patio, laid with ‘Florence Storm’ slabs from the Premium Italian Porcelain range at London Stone. The whole patio area provides continuous flow and harmony throughout the garden, running all the way down the side passage of the house, across the whole back patio area and then all the way up the steps to the raised terraced area.

On the main patio area, we have defined a new outdoor dining area with the installation of a powder-coated aluminium gazebo. This gazebo features a louvered roof which can be manually adjusted to easily open or close the slats - the great benefit of this is being able to stay outside even if it starts to rain.

The Vision

To summarise our client’s initial vision, they wanted clean lines, precision and flow to create a calm and serene space. Another big contributing factor to ensure tranquility was the low maintenance aspect of the garden.

As you can see from the end result of this project, we have created a clean, sophisticated space for our clients to enjoy for years to come. We were keen to ensure the space was in keeping with their property and make it feel like a seamless extension of their living space.
