As part of our projects, we design and build a diverse range of steps. These are an important feature of a well-planned garden, essential for creating a smooth and functional transition between different levels. Below you will find a wide range of different materials used for steps on our previous projects

Porcelian

Porcelain Steps - Steps are an integral part of garden design, essential for creating a smooth transition between different levels.

Porcelain steps offer a sleek and modern solution, with each slab featuring a rounded bullnose edge that provides a polished, finished appearance. We often incorporate lighting into these steps, which perfectly complements the porcelain and creates a striking feature in the garden at night.

Sandstone

Sandstone Steps - Sandstone steps are a timeless feature that brings a natural feel to any garden.

Each step is unique, with natural colour and texture variations that allows the new feature to blend seamlessly with the garden. As a natural stone, sandstone is incredibly durable and hard-wearing, aging gracefully over time to blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.

Sleeper

Sleeper Steps - Sleeper steps are a simple, yet bold, feature for any garden. Made from large, rectangular timber sleepers, these steps have a natural, chunky look and are an incredibly durable and hard-wearing option.

They offer a great blend of rustic charm and lasting practicality.

Composite

Composite Decking/Wooden Decking Steps - Decking steps can be built from timber or composite material. Timber steps give a natural look and can be stained to match any desired finish, while composite steps provide a durable, splinter-free, and low-maintenance solution that won't fade or warp.

Both options are a practical and attractive way to create a safe and functional access point from a raised deck area.
